I believe it was installed along with a new roof, and it matches the awning on building one.

]]>Aside from making parking much easier it definitely gives the building a much more professional look to it. You have the cars parked in a nice orderly fashion rather than every which way like a demolition derby. It’s tough enough to get people to park properly with the lines to guide them, without those forget about it, its a nightmare.
So yeah, this was definitely a pleasant surprise.
]]>Thanks to the management company and paving company for finally getting this done! If the potholes remained through the winter and the plowing season, I’m sure they would have grown exponentially, as well as the cost to repair them.
]]>And of course - what’s Massachusetts without a little rain? It was a good day to be inside the office all day. It was cold, gray and wet.
Tomorrow I’ll be back in Stoughton again, and then won’t be there for a few weeks. I’m hoping to get a schedule going where I can be back to Stoughton at least once a month.
]]>All in all its a pretty nice area. There is good transportation nearby, both railway and highways, residential areas, commercial areas, and even some industrial zones over by Avon.
Of course there are also plenty of shopping areas - including IKEA, Home Depot, Costco, and now Target.
As far as restaurants, in the area of Stoughton I am familiar with, you’ll have to cross over into Randolph to get to some restaurants like Bertucci’s and Not Your Average Joe’s.

]]>In North Stoughton, FIOS is available in the Cabot Place Office Park, as well as the Page Place Condominiums.
As for the surrounding areas, I’m not exactly sure whether FIOS is availble, but I’m going to find out!
]]>Its a pretty impressive building, and I hope the roadwork they are doing in North Stoughton will be able to manage the increased traffic.
It wasn’t too long ago that the IKEA came to town and overwhelmed the roads, and the Page Place Condos have also gone up in the immediate vicinity. Phew, that’s a lot of construction.

… Only slightly marred by the enormous pot-hole at the entrance to the parking lot.Below are the condos they have been building right next door over the past year. They look nice. I wonder what they are like on the inside.
