I believe it was installed along with a new roof, and it matches the awning on building one.

In other news, I’ve made significant progress in cleaning up my office in building number two. I plan to rent it soon, as well. If you or anyone you know is looking to rent an office or even a room in an office, please let me know. I can be reached via the following email:

Aside from making parking much easier it definitely gives the building a much more professional look to it. You have the cars parked in a nice orderly fashion rather than every which way like a demolition derby. It’s tough enough to get people to park properly with the lines to guide them, without those forget about it, its a nightmare.

So yeah, this was definitely a pleasant surprise.

While its still a little bumpy to drive over the area where the potholes used to be, the danger of getting your car stuck in the hole has been alleviated.

Thanks to the management company and paving company for finally getting this done! If the potholes remained through the winter and the plowing season, I’m sure they would have grown exponentially, as well as the cost to repair them.

And of course - what’s Massachusetts without a little rain? It was a good day to be inside the office all day. It was cold, gray and wet.

Tomorrow I’ll be back in Stoughton again, and then won’t be there for a few weeks. I’m hoping to get a schedule going where I can be back to Stoughton at least once a month.

All in all its a pretty nice area. There is good transportation nearby, both railway and highways, residential areas, commercial areas, and even some industrial zones over by Avon.

Of course there are also plenty of shopping areas - including IKEA, Home Depot, Costco, and now Target.

As far as restaurants, in the area of Stoughton I am familiar with, you’ll have to cross over into Randolph to get to some restaurants like Bertucci’s and Not Your Average Joe’s.

It wasn’t too long ago that the IKEA came to town and overwhelmed the roads, and the Page Place Condos have also gone up in the immediate vicinity.
Here are some of the views here at Cabot Place. Click on the images to get a good look at them. It was a little too sunny to be out taking photos today, so everything looks totally white washed. I’ll try and get out there another day so you can get a better idea of what everything looks like.

This first one is of the offices themselves. They’re nice brick buildings.

… Only slightly marred by the enormous pot-hole at the entrance to the parking lot.Below are the condos they have been building right next door over the past year. They look nice. I wonder what they are like on the inside.

There is a corridor between buildings number two and three that I would love to get blocked. We could put a couple of "jersey barriers" in there for not a lot of money and it would reduce traffic through our parking lot, which is already significant and bound to increase as construction in the neighborhood continues. As everyone around Cabot and Page Place is aware, there is a new Target shopping plaza being built across the street. The roads won't be able to support the amount of traffic that will bring in, so they are revamping everything. It won't take long before drivers realize they can cut through the Cabot Place parking lot. What do you think?

Offer more static IP addresses at more reasonable prices

Make it easier to setup reverse IP / PTR records (though I have to say I was please with their turnaround time on this task)
